The chamber is enclosed but not actively heated — for very large PC and PA parts we agree the approach up front. Carbon-filled materials are abrasive and are printed with a hardened nozzle. Tolerances down to ±0,15 mm by arrangement.

Shipping
Tracked parcel delivery across the EU. Shipping cost is shown before you place the order. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Payment
Card, pro-forma invoice (bank transfer) or cash on delivery. Companies with an approved business profile can also pay on 30-day terms.
Returns
Parts printed from your model are custom-made goods — the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to them under EU consumer law. Catalog products carry a 14-day return right. Defect claims are always handled.
How fast will I receive my order?
Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 h of confirmation. Add delivery time: 2–5 working days across the EU. In a hurry? Mark your order “priority”.
Can I return a part printed from my own model?
No — a part made from your file is goods manufactured to your specifications and is therefore exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. That is why we photograph every part before dispatch (QC photo), and manufacturing defects are of course on us.
What happens to my file after the price calculation?
If you do not order, the file is deleted after the calculation. If you order, we keep it for production and possible re-orders. We never share files with third parties.
Which material should I choose?
PLA for visual parts and prototypes, PETG for functional parts, ASA for outdoor use (UV), TPU for flexible parts. Not sure? Describe the intended use in an enquiry — advice is free.
Do you issue pro-forma invoices and B2B invoices?
Yes. You receive a PDF pro-forma within hours; with a valid EU VAT number we issue a reverse-charge invoice (VIES). Regular customers qualify for 30-day payment terms.
What are the minimum and maximum quantities?
From a single part (prototype) to runs of several hundred. Larger runs are scheduled across sequential production cycles, and we confirm the real lead time in your quote — volume discounts apply as well.
